Return & Refund Policy

At MJ COUTURE, we are committed to providing our customers with clear and transparent information regarding returns, exchanges, refunds, order cancellations, and related procedures. Please review the following policy carefully before submitting a return or refund request to understand the applicable requirements and process.

1. Return Window

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Return requests submitted after the 30-day period may not be eligible for a return or refund.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a standard return, an item should be:

• Unused and unworn

• In its original condition

• In its original packaging, where applicable

• Accompanied by original accessories and tags, where applicable

Customers should contact MJ COUTURE and submit a return request before sending an item back.

3. Return Method

Returns are accepted by mail.

Customers are responsible for securely packaging the item and following the return instructions provided by MJ COUTURE.

4. Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns.

Return shipping costs are not included in the refund unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated by MJ COUTURE.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact MJ COUTURE customer support as soon as possible.

Please provide your order number, the email address associated with the order, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the item and the problem.

Additional information may be requested to review and resolve the issue.

6. Exchanges

Eligible products may be exchanged within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Exchange eligibility is subject to the product's condition and availability.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, MJ COUTURE may provide another available resolution in accordance with this policy and applicable law.

7. Restocking Fees

No restocking fee is charged for eligible returns.

8. Refunds

Once a returned item is received and reviewed, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method, where applicable.

Refund processing may take up to 10 business days after the return has been received, reviewed, and approved.

Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to make the refunded amount available in your account.

9. Return Review

Returned products may be inspected to confirm that they meet the applicable return conditions.

A return that does not meet the stated eligibility requirements may be refused or may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

10. Order Cancellations

Customers may request cancellation before an order enters processing or shipment.

Once an order has entered processing or shipment, cancellation may no longer be possible. In that situation, the customer may need to follow the applicable return procedure after delivery.

11. Shipping and Delivery Reference

For general shipping information, MJ COUTURE uses the following delivery timeframes:

• Processing: 1–3 business days

• Order cutoff: 2:00 PM ET

• Transit: 4–6 business days

• Estimated total delivery: 5–9 business days

• Shipping destination: United States only

• Business days: Monday–Friday, excluding applicable public holidays

Shipping charges are:

• $12 for orders below $49

• $20 for orders of $49 or more

12. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate order, delivery, and contact information.

Customers should retain relevant order information and follow all return instructions provided by MJ COUTURE.

Customers are also responsible for ensuring that returned items are packaged appropriately for shipment.

13. Refund Timing

Return processing time and bank or payment-provider processing time may differ. A refund being approved does not necessarily mean the funds will appear in the customer's account immediately.

If a refund has been approved but has not appeared after the applicable processing period, customers should first check with their payment provider and then contact MJ COUTURE if further assistance is needed.
