SHIPPING POLICY

1. Shipping Overview

MJ COUTURE ships orders within the United States only. This policy explains our processing times, shipping costs, transit times, and estimated delivery timeframe.

2. Processing and Handling Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable public holidays.

Orders placed after the daily 2:00 PM ET cutoff may be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Destination

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

We currently do not offer international shipping outside the United States.

4. Shipping Costs

• $12 shipping for orders below $49.

• $20 shipping for orders of $49 or more.

Applicable shipping charges are shown during checkout before the order is completed.

5. Transit Time

After an order has been handed to the carrier, estimated transit time is 4–6 business days.

6. Estimated Total Delivery Time

The estimated total delivery timeframe is 5–9 business days, including processing and transit time. Delivery estimates are provided for planning purposes and may vary due to circumstances outside our control.

7. Order Tracking

Where tracking information is available, it will be provided after the order has shipped. Tracking updates may take some time to appear after carrier handoff.

8. Shipping Delays

Delivery may take longer than estimated because of carrier delays, severe weather, public holidays, high shipping volumes, incorrect or incomplete addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.

If an order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please review the tracking information and contact customer support for assistance.

9. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Contact customer support as soon as possible if an address needs to be changed. Changes cannot be guaranteed after an order enters processing or has shipped.

10. Lost or Marked-Delivered Packages

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, check the delivery area and with household members, neighbors, or the carrier where appropriate. If it remains missing, contact customer support so the matter can be reviewed.

11. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If an order arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, contact MJ COUTURE customer support with the relevant order information and details of the issue so it can be reviewed and assistance can be provided.

12. Split Shipments

An order may, when necessary, arrive in more than one shipment. Tracking information may be provided separately for each shipment.

13. Order Changes and Cancellations

Contact MJ COUTURE customer support as soon as possible if you need to request an order change or cancellation. Requests cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or shipped.
